Learn More About Your Insurance Coverage

Most insurance plans cover mental health services provided in an office setting. Prior to your appointment, please check your coverage by calling the toll-free number on the back of your insurance card and asking the following questions:
  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • Do I have to see an in-network provider?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met? When does it start over?
  • Does my policy limit the number of visits I am allowed per year?
  • What amount does my policy pay per therapy session?
  • Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
  • What portion of the fee is my responsibility?
  • Do I have a copay?

We Accept Payments in All Forms

Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment for copay, coinsurance, and deductible is due at the time of your appointment.

Our Cancellation Policy

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel your appointment. A $30.00 fee will be charged for appointments missed or cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Subsequent missed appointments will be billed at the full-session rate.
